The bluu unit continues to grow - and expands its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. The alliance has become even more powerful with the addition of WILMS Kälte-Klima-Lüftung Systemtechnik GmbH to K3 Kälte Klima Köln GmbH.
K3 Kälte Klima Köln itself has long been an integral part of the bluu unit - an alliance of regional specialists for refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology in Germany. With the addition of WILMS GmbH, a further team of experts is now joining the alliance, which primarily serves commercial customers from the industrial, chemical, production and financial sectors and can look back on more than 60 years of experience. WILMS GmbH has been active on the market for over 30 years and has been known for reliable solutions in air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration technology ever since. The philosophy: customer-centered work, technical know-how and a familiar corporate culture.

says Ralf Wilms, who has been running the company founded by his father in 1963 as H. Walter Wilms GmbH & Co. KG, which was founded by his father in 1963, has been run by the second generation as Wilms Kälte-Klima-Lüftung Systemtechnik GmbH since 1991 and has steadily expanded.
The decision to join the bluu unit is part of WILMS GmbH's strategy for the future and a clear commitment to further development. "With the challenges that we are already facing on the market and will continue to face, a group simply has an advantage," says Ralf Wilms. With the merger, the established structures and the well-established team in Mönchengladbach will remain in place - supplemented by new strategic resources from the bluu unit alliance and K3 Kälte Klima Köln. The management of WILMS GmbH will be supplemented by Oliver Besiroglu, Managing Director of K3 Kälte Klima Köln GmbH.
