This is exactly where bluu.lead comes in: With its new leadership workshop, the bluu unit creates a structured development framework for people who are taking on leadership responsibilities or actively preparing for them.
Through bluu.lead, we make targeted investments in leadership development, talent promotion, and sustainable executive development within the Group. The program is designed for the long term and combines in-depth content with personal reflection and practical development.
Developing Leadership Consciously
Modern leadership requires much more than just technical expertise. Leaders provide direction, make decisions, take responsibility, and create an environment in which teams can thrive. That is why bluu.lead starts with participants’ own understanding of leadership. Participants reflect on their roles, examine their strengths and areas for development, and purposefully expand their leadership skills.
The modules focus, for example, on situational analysis and leadership style. They address participants’ current situations, personal strengths, and the question of how to lead in an authentic, situation-appropriate, and effective manner.
Network-Based Learning
A key component of bluu.lead is the exchange among participants from different companies within the bluu unit Group. Diverse experiences, professional backgrounds, and perspectives create an additional learning environment and facilitate the transfer of knowledge across company boundaries.
This creates a strong leadership community that not only fosters individual growth but also strengthens the bonds within the bluu unit.
