Commercial and private air conditioning and heat pump technology as well as coupling with photovoltaics or solar thermal energy are the main areas of activity. When it comes to technical building services, T&K can handle the two areas of air conditioning/ventilation and heating/sanitation as a complete package. In addition to the classic refrigeration and air conditioning fitters, T&K also has three teams for plumbing and heating installations. This creates flexibility and ensures particularly fast order processing, not least due to the resulting synergy effects and good internal coordination of the individual trades. "The team concept is part of our program and continues on the construction site. Regular coordination meetings between project management and construction site personnel ensure successful cooperation based on partnership," agree Managing Director Ronny Koj and Marco Tschörner as the management team.
The combination of refrigeration and air conditioning technology with heating technology offered by T&K is both market-driven and extremely sensible. Nevertheless, the focus is clearly on refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology, but T&K combines the two areas in such a way that T&K customers benefit from particularly economical solutions. The existing ventilation, cooling and gas heating systems are being replaced by 80 kW heat pump technology. In combination with 4-pipe convectors and the building management system also supplied, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly heating and cooling will be possible in future. Customers such as Union Investment, Areal Bank, EuroEyes and Hilton also rely on this high performance.
